Frequently Asked Questions

Question:

Are there any precautions I should take while I am riding on the ferry?

Answer:

Passengers should always conduct themselves with care while on board any vessel. In particular, when a ferry is approaching or docking at a terminal, passengers should be certain to position themselves as safely as possible so that they are not thrown off balance when the ferry hits the dock. No passengers are allowed to stand on any stairs of a vessel or at the top of any vessel stairwell while the vessel is approaching or docking at a terminal.
