Are parking permits transferable?

Answer:

No. A permit is good for one vehicle only. The permit is only be allowed to be transferred from one vehicle to another only in certain circumstances, such as when a permitted vehicle is wrecked and/or the customer purchases a new vehicle. In addition, in those circumstances when the Authority allows a permit to be transferred, the Authority may impose a fee for the transfer.
